KUNDIVA and the business's own offers
The platform agreement is kept separate from businesses' own cards, offers and events and does not change existing card terms.
Price, payment and subscription
- VAT, currency, invoicing and payment terms.
- Start, renewal, plan changes and price changes.
- Cancellation, commitment and refunds.
Operations, access and data
- Actual support and security incident handling without undocumented guarantees.
- Access rights and acceptable use.
