Short answers to what we're asked most often.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers open their personal card from a link or QR code in their phone's browser.
Does it work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Not yet. Wallet passes are being set up. Until then, customers use the card in the browser.
Can a coupon be used only once?
Yes, if you choose so. You can also choose a fixed number of uses or unlimited use. The limit is checked on the server at every scan.
How do event tickets work?
You set start and end times and choose single entry or re-entry. Tickets cannot be used outside the event window.
What does an event cost?
Event tickets are a one-off payment per event from DKK 149 for up to 50 guests. Above 2,200 guests the price is agreed with us.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Logo, colours, copy and terms are customised in the card builder.
Do you send reminders when customers are near the shop?
Not yet. That feature requires Wallet passes.
