A digital membership/ID card with photo, member number and a fixed named level. No purchases or automatic upgrades.
Tennis clubs, associations and gyms can show membership with their own level names and colours, e.g. Member · Gold. Photo and name are an example, not a real customer.

A personal offer on a product or service with one, several or unlimited redemptions.
A café can offer a free coffee; a shop can give a welcome gift. Usage limit and time rules are chosen by the business.

A discount card with its own offer text, usage limit and optional validity.
Shops and cafés can give a student discount, e.g. 15%. The card can show a student discount and relevant customer texts; KUNDIVA doesn't verify student status or identity.

One ticket per guest with start/end, practical information and single entry or re-entry.
Concerts, talks and festivals can gather the programme on one ticket. Staff scan at the entrance during the event window.

Scan the customer's personal code with the camera or type it in. Add stamps, redeem coupons and admit guests.
Coupons can be used once, a fixed number of times or freely. The limit is checked on the server, so a screenshot doesn't grant extra uses.
Start and end time, single entry or re-entry, and one field for programme and practical info. The ticket expires after the event.
See who holds your cards, how often they visit, and group them into segments.

The customer opens their card in the browser. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are being set up and are not active yet.
Once the connection is set up, registrations and ticket purchases from your own system can be brought into KUNDIVA, and each attendee gets their personal ticket sent automatically — without you sending anything by hand.
Works with supported integrations via API key, webhook or CSV import, once the connection has been tested. Automatic sending requires email sending to be set up. It does not work automatically on every website.
The customer scans your QR code or opens your link, enters their name and contact details and receives a personal card.
The customer shows the card on their phone. Staff scan the code in KUNDIVA to add a stamp, redeem the coupon or admit the guest.
The card is ready for the next visit. Used single-use coupons and expired tickets are rejected automatically.
Monthly subscriptions. EUR prices are indicative (converted from DKK at 7.46 and rounded); billing will be in DKK when payment opens.
