Who processes the data?
KUNDIVA is the platform name. The legal entity, company registration number, address and verified privacy contact have not been stated yet.
Two types of processing
- KUNDIVA's own account and website data.
- Businesses' customer, card, ticket and member data, where roles and the data processing agreement must be clarified.
Data to be described
- Contact details, birthdays, notes, consents and other fields a business chooses to collect.
- Card, stamp, balance, transaction and redemption history plus campaign and message data.
- Ticket and attendance data, membership registrations and any private portraits.
- Access and browser bindings, technical logs and actual cookie use.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods, suppliers, processing countries and deletion procedures are not defined. KUNDIVA does not yet offer a full data export or safe deletion feature.
Checklist before approval
- Legal name, registration number, address and verified contact.
- Purpose and legal basis for each data category.
- Data processing agreement, supplier list and transfer basis.
- Retention periods and rights procedure.
- Legal review.
